| I can't say enough about this mare, she's been a pleasure to own the 20 years I've had her. One of the smoothest riding horses I've ever been on. She has never had a sick day in her life, She's Run Barrels, worked a trail course, showed with youth in walk trot classes, she's given many riding lessons on beginners and been a wonderful teacher. She's logged hundreds of miles in her lifetime and continues to be the picture of health. She's produced six foals, Four fillys and two stallions. She was my first appaloosa, we bought her as a yearling and we'll have her till she passes. This year she is 21 years old, so she's in Semi retirement. She'll be used for Light trail riding, and sincerely I don't know if I'll rebreed her, she's certainly in perfect shape and could raise a foal. I would like to keep a filly from her someday by a fewspot stallion. That may be in her future. Her pedigree is an old one and a good one, she would cross well on a foundation stallion. |
